We use The Hydramaster SX-12 Unit which self contains the liquid while providing high pressures of water over 1000psi to help agitate and remove the nasty staining on your tile and grout lines. If the stains are deep penetrated then a floor buffer is used after the solution is applied and then followed by our extraction unit. Sealant is always provided to make sure the job is done right and helps to maintain and keep your tile and grout protected for the years to come. Remember tile, slate, marble and all different types of hard surfaces should be treated differently since the high pressure used can harm the surface of the tile.
